Max Bejarano, EIT, CCM, brings more than 10 years of progressive experience in delivering commercial and public-sector capital construction projects across design-build and CM-at-Risk environments. Experience includes full project lifecycle management, budget forecasting, GMP contract administration, project controls and schedule performance oversight, and multidisciplinary team coordination and stakeholder reporting. Strong background in CSA/MEP coordination, constructability analysis, change management, and CPM-based schedule risk evaluation (Primavera P6).

Max is highly regarded by clients for his abilities in capital construction project delivery, cost to complete forecasting and GMP budget control, contract administration and change management, CPM scheduling and critical path analysis, risk identification and mitigation planning, CSA/MEP coordination and design review, stakeholder and consultant coordination (OAC), multidisciplinary team leadership, and project controls and documentation governance.

Prior to joining the 3ICC Consulting Group, he served as Project Manager at Balfour Beatty in Dallas, TX. He managed full lifecycle delivery, completing on time and under budget with no major change orders, handling cost forecasting, contingency tracking, GMP reconciliation, pay application approvals, OAC meetings, team leadership, RFI/submittal/change processes, and schedule monitoring.

Bejarano began his career as an Assistant Estimator/Project Coordinator at CD Builders, Inc., supporting municipal roadway and underground utility construction projects including paving reconstruction, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and traffic signal installations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Catolica de Honduras (2014). Certifications include Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Certified Construction Manager (CCM, CMAA), FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License, and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety.
