Charlie Williams brings over 20 years of project management and construction scheduling experience to the 3ICC Consulting Group. He has led the onsite coordination and execution of various large construction projects and facilitated seamless day-to-day operations between contractors during construction.
In addition to his management skills, Williams has in-depth experience creating and maintaining complex project schedules and performing critical time impact and claim analysis.
Before joining the 3ICC Consulting Group, he served as the project manager and corporate scheduler for Thos. S. Byrne
After serving in the U.S. Army, Williams began his career as a surveyor with the Texas Department of Transportation.
He earned a B.S. in construction engineering technology and an M.S. in engineering systems-construction management. His thesis focused on an in-depth use of 4D modeling in construction.
Williams is currently an assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and coaches a youth clay target team.
