Adewale Adedeji is a highly accomplished project scheduler, planner, and controls
specialist with over a decade of experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing
complex project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction,
commissioning, and maintenance phases. His expertise spans critical path analysis,
earned value management (EVM), schedule risk assessment, time impact analysis
(TIA), change management, claims support, progress measurement, resource
loading/leveling, and integrated reporting using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft
Project, Acumen Fuse, Power BI, Cobra, and Cora. Clients and stakeholders value his
precision in identifying variances, mitigating delays, optimizing resources, and delivering

systems, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, performed advanced schedule
diagnostics, conducted TIAs and variance analyses, ensured Tier-level compliance, and
drove process improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
His holistic approach integrates PMI and AACEI standards, subcontractor coordination,
portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making to support project success from
baseline development through closeout. Adewale holds an Executive MBA from Quantic
School of Business and Technology, a Bachelor of Science, Project Management
