
John Taylor brings more than two decades of experience in project and construction management, with expertise in cost, schedule, earned value management, and system integration. His career spans large industrial, aviation, heavy highway, and system conversion projects. Skilled in managing cost and schedule from both contractor and owner perspectives, he has led project controls teams to maintain processes at project and department levels. He excels in developing project/program financials, complex schedules, executive reporting, risk profiles, claims consulting, and change management programs.
John is highly regarded by clients for his abilities in identifying and managing performance risks related to contract and change management, systems implementation, and commercialization.
Prior to joining 3IC Consulting Group, John supported infrastructure and power projects across North America, managing schedule/cost/risk analysis and financial reporting for major stakeholders.
John began his career in project controls at SNC-Lavalin after earning his bachelor’s degree. He holds a Project Management Professional certification.
John is currently a member of the Project Management Institute.
