Wayne Kirchstein brings over 19 years of progressive experience in construction project management, scheduling, project controls, change management, and preconstruction services. His career has focused on complex, high-value projects including major airport terminal renovations, historic building rehabilitations, municipal recreational facilities, and international developments.

He excels in leading project teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and schedules, coordinating stakeholders, achieving sustainability certifications, and delivering award-winning outcomes in demanding environments such as active airports and historic structures.

Prior to joining 3-ICC Consulting Group, Wayne spent nearly two decades with Manhattan Construction Company in North Texas, advancing from Project Engineer and Estimator to Senior Project Manager. He contributed to landmark projects including multiple phases of DFW Airport’s Terminal Renovation Improvement Program (TRIP), the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, and international pursuits in Mexico and the US Virgin Islands.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is a LEED AP (legacy) and proficient in Spanish (advanced). Wayne is skilled in Primavera P6, Phoenix Scheduling, Procore, Prolog, Unifier/Skire, VISTA, and Project Site.
