Michael Schoel is a Senior Project Controls Consultant with 18 years of construction
experience, including 15+ years in general contractor project management leadership
roles. He specializes in CPM schedule development, variance analytics, manpower
forecasting, and executive reporting for large-scale aviation, mission-critical data
centers, mixed-use, and commercial programs. Leveraging extensive field-based
execution experience, he delivers highly constructible schedules, actionable risk
insights, and data-driven recovery strategies.

Schoel is highly regarded for his expertise in resource-loaded Primavera P6 scheduling,
critical path and float analysis, performance metrics, executive dashboard development,
resource/manpower modeling, site logistics, risk and procurement analysis, and trade
sequencing. He is proficient in Primavera P6, Phoenix CPM, Microsoft Project, Procore,
Bluebeam, Excel (advanced), Smartsheet, and PlanGrid.

At 3IC Consulting Group (2024–Present), he leads scheduling and controls efforts for
complex, multi-billion-dollar programs including aviation expansions, hyperscale data
centers, and large mixed-use developments. He has developed and maintained 5,000+
activity resource-loaded CPM schedules (e.g., for $3B+ international airport terminal
expansions), established baselines, performed detailed variance/float/critical path
analysis, led client/contractor review meetings, conducted manpower modeling and
productivity evaluations, identified risks with mitigation strategies, built executive
dashboards, and supported long-lead procurement alignment.

Prior to joining 3IC, he served as Senior Project Manager at Stillwater GC, LLC
(2021–2024), overseeing full project management for ground-up residential and
multifamily developments up to $55M, including CPM scheduling, budgeting,
buyout/negotiation, cost forecasting, change orders, and development of company-wide
reporting systems in Procore.

Previously, as Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company (2012–2021), he
managed large commercial, aviation, and mixed-use projects from $35M to $250M,
directing schedule management, cost control, subcontract administration, procurement
coordination, change management, and monthly owner/trade updates. Earlier roles at
Metric Concrete Services (2010–2012) and Dudley Construction, Ltd. (2008–2010)
focused on project management, change orders, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, bidding,
and closeout.

He holds an M.S. in Construction Management (2009) and a B.S. in Environmental
Design (2007) from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX (College of Architecture).
