Jared Peinado is a Partner at 3ICC Consulting Group with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Jared brings extensive multi-billion-dollar project management experience with expertise in project controls, P6 scheduling, technology implementation, contract review, data analysis, and executive reporting. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and supported complex projects across the semiconductor, aviation, hospitality, energy, telecom, education, and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining 3ICC, Jared served as Director of Project Controls for CEC Facilities Group in Irving, Texas, where he directed enterprise-wide project controls strategy for multi-million-dollar facility and infrastructure programs. In this role, he led cost control, scheduling, risk management, executive reporting, and systems integration initiatives while developing standardized governance frameworks and integrated master schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project. He also implemented Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, managed change and claims analysis, and delivered executive dashboards providing real-time project performance insights.
Before CEC Facilities Group, Jared served as Project Manager for Manhattan Construction Company in Dallas, Texas, where he led field coordination of interior finishes for the Texas Rangers Globe Life Field and Texas LIVE! Entertainment Venue projects. Earlier in his career, he worked with Barton Malow Company on the General Motors Contiguous Stamping Facility in Arlington, Texas, and supported Fluor Corporation on a $1 billion combined-cycle power plant in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and subsequently passed the Engineer in Training (EIT) exam.
